Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
a. Orders are typically processed and printed within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods (e.g Christmas or public holidays) this time may increase.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
a. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
b. Delivery estimates are based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
c. Delivery is normally within 4-10 working days.
3. Shipping Destinations
a. We ship to addresses within USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
a. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
a. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. No Returns Unless Faulty
a. Please note that we operate a strict no returns policy unless the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.
7. No Returns for Change of Mind
a. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
a. We are not liable for any lost or damaged shipments. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can with this process.
b. If your package does not arrive for any reason after 30 days - then we may provide you will a full refund.
