Return Policy

1. Returns
a. We accept returns only for faulty items. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
c. Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.
d. If you are not satisfied, and with to return the product outside of the 7 days period, you will not be able to return the product.
2. Refunds
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
c. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
d. We do not issue the refund if:
● your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
3. No Returns for Change of Mind
a. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase. All orders cannot be cancelled once the order is paid and placed.
4. Exchanges
a. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
